Superfood Hydrating Drink Recipe

Chia Seed Drink

  • 3 T. Chia seeds
  • 1 C. Warm Water
  • 1 C. Ice Water
  • Splash of lemon juice

*Mix chia seeds into warm water, let sit for 5 minutes. Add ice water and a splash of lemon and stir. Chia seeds should be suspended in the water. Enjoy!
