How do I schedule an appointment?
1) With only your name, email, birthdate, and phone number, our doctors are able to provide you with secure access to our On-patient portal. Once you have access you will have the ability to schedule appointments at your convenience!
2) Each company will have an individual link on their internal communications system that allows easy access and simple scheduling for an appointment.
How long does each session last?
Although each person’s needs are different and each appointment may vary slightly in duration, in order for us to stay organized and stay on time throughout our day, we schedule patients every 20 minutes.
What do I need to do before going to my first appointment?
Before your first appointment, your doctor will send you a link to our on-patient portal. After completing the log-in information, you will be prompted to fill out our brief patient forms and health privacy forms. Once these have been completed and signed, you are all ready for your first visit!
What is the On-patient Portal?
The on-patient portal is an encrypted and secure interface that allows patients to communicate with the doctors, schedule appointments, view their past clinical documents, view upcoming appointments and even pay their bill.
What should I expect from the first appointment?
During the first appointment, your doctor will complete an appropriate medical history and full assessment to address your aches and pains. This will be followed by both a diagnosis, chiropractic adjustment and possibly exercise or nutritional recommendations.
Does the adjustment hurt?
No. The purpose of the adjustment is to help relieve pain and discomfort. We understand that if those who have not experienced chiropractic care before the adjustment may be intimidate. That is why before we treat you, we will be sure to answer all of your questions and make sure that you are comfortable.

What makes the sound during the adjustment?
The sound does not always happen, but when it does it is perfectly normal. The sound is created by the release of gas when the space between the joint is expanded.
Is chiropractic safe?
Yes chiropractic care is very safe. When compared to the alternative methods of treating back pain, including prescription drugs and surgery, chiropractic is proven to be a safer alternative.
